To prepare this drink you will need
- Cinnamon powder
- Hot water
- Take 1/2 glass of drinking hot water
- In this add 1 spoon of cinnamon powder, mix it
- Now add 2 spoons of honey in this and mix it again
Make sure, quantity of honey should be double of cinnamon powder.

How to consume
Drink this twice a day: 1/2 cup in the morning and 1/2 cup before going to bed, 1 hour after dinner. Take on an empty stomach.
